• By using GuideMe, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these terms.

3. Services

• GuideMe provides a platform for matching clients with therapists based on personality and therapy preferences. 

• GuideMe provides a platform that resolves confusion in therapy by providing therapeutic treatment plans with the assistance of real professionals and AI 

• We do not provide medical or emergency mental health services. In a crisis, users should contact emergency services by dialling 999 or visiting their nearest A&E department.

4. User Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate personal information for proper therapist matching.

• Users must not misuse the platform, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, or unauthorised access.

• Therapists must maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.

5. Payments & Fees

• Clients agree to pay fees for therapy services as displayed on the platform.

• GuideMe sets rates within pricing structure.

• Payments are processed through a secure third-party provider. GuideMe does not store financial details.

• Therapists are responsible for their own tax obligations.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

• Missed or late cancellations may result in fees being charged.

• GuideMe reserves the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• GuideMe follows UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 regulations.

• Client information is confidential and only shared with selected therapists for matching purposes.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

• GuideMe does not guarantee therapy outcomes.

• We are not liable for any issues arising from interactions between clients and therapists.

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination of Services

• GuideMe may suspend or terminate user accounts for breaches of these terms.

• Users may deactivate their accounts at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

• GuideMe reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
